I wholeheartedly endorse COSCO & Associates for your building project. We chose COSCO to build our Family Life Center (completed 2007) and to say we are pleased is an understatement. COSCO showed quality and experience in their work with us from the very beginning of the design phase to the day our church walked in to dedicate our building.

COSCO listened to what we wanted and came back time after time; working patiently with us as new ideas would develop. The highest praise I can give regarding COSCO is that they dealt with us as Christians should deal with one another. Madison Street’s Family Life Center wasn’t simply a job to COSCO—they truly dealt with a heart of ministry.

I chose to wait to write this recommendation until several weeks after the completion of our project so I could honestly comment on the follow-up COSCO provides.
